She was predeceased by: her mother Emma Elizabeth Jackson Cross; her husband Henry "Clark" James, Sr.; her father Kelley Cross; her siblings, Gleneva Smock, Leona Cross and Louis Cross; and her close friend Eugene Ledford.
She is survived by: her children, Henry "Buster" James, Jr. (Kimberly) of Stanford and Elizabeth "Beth" Allen of Stanford; her grandchildren, Haley Leann Allen, Alex Moberly (Brittani), Shelby Moberly (Adam Smith) and Laura Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Camrynn "CJ" Moberly, Creedence Moberly and Charlotte Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
