He was predeceased by: his parents, John Calvin Madden and Nellie Mae Short Madden; and his siblings, Bobby Madden and Carolyn Sue Kirkhouse. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Madden; his sisters, Myrtle Rae Jones of Richmond, Jeannie Foster of Richmond and Kimberly Madden of Richmond; and his nephew Curtis Sutton (Beth) of Lexington.
