She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Spradlin and Rose Cordell Spradlin; her husband Ronnie G. Powell; and her brothers, James and Lee Roy Spradlin.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Jackson Ryan II (Mila Milagros) of Florida and Cathy Hill (Greg) of Stanford, KY; her siblings, Clay Spradlin of Science Hill, KY, Wendell Spradlin of Richmond, KY, Shelba Spradlin of Dayton, OH, Wanda Spradlin of Crystal River and Florda; and her grandchildren, Lily and Trevor. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
