He is survived by: his daughter Raquelle "Kelly" Zencka of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kevin Michael Zencka of Louisville, Kaitlyn Nicole Zencka of Louisville and Ryan David Zencka (Ariane) of Pensacola, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Ashlii Zencka, Kylie Zencka, Zoe Zencka, Kevin Zencka and Andrew Dwaine Zencka. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
