It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Noland of Stanford, Kentucky, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Doris is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Doris' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nettie Clark Long; her husband Perry Noland; her father Walter Clark; and her brothers, Walter Long, Fred Long, Bill Long and Harold Long.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Noland (Susan), Gip Noland (Jackie), Greg Noland, Jerry Noland (Annette) and Steve Noland (Sherri). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spurlin Funeral Home (411 W Main St, Stanford, KY 40484). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
