She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Gooch and Phyllis Faulkner Gooch; and her sister Patsy Artrip. She is survived by: her husband Van Maletich; and her children, Brian Maletich (Tabitha), Teri Breland (Billy) and Wendy Marquis (Keith).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bluegrass Pike Baptist Church in Donna's memory, reflecting her dedication to her faith and community.
