He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Ann and Kenneth Coffman. He is survived by: his wife Sheila R. Coffey Coffman of Stanford, KY; his children, Erin Coffman Mansier (Julien) of Raleigh, NC and Anthony "Tony" R. Coffman of Florida; his brothers, Charles "Don" Coffman (Samran) of Ormond Beach, FL and David "Dave" Coffman of Shelbyville, IN; and his parents-in-law, Romer and Geraldine Coffey.
