He is survived by: his mother Grace Mohrmann of Texas; the mother of his children Rhonda Mohrmann of Lexington, KY; his children, April Crutchfield (Ron) of Parksville, KY and Chris Mohrmann (Amanda) of Louisianna; his siblings, Bob Mohrmann of Texas and Brenda Lucas (Rick) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Emerson Crutchfield, Ellie Crutchfield and Cade Mohrmann.
