He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmie Douglas Pharris of Waynesburg, Patricia Gail Kinney of Williamstown, Billy Jean Padgett (Eddie) of Waynesburg, Carolyn Sue Roland of Cincinnati, David Edward Roland of Cincinnati, Hazel Marie Elkins (Vernon) of Pulaski County, Stella Patrick (Steve) of Brown County, Gidgett Padgett (Joe) of Waynesburg, Bobby Roland (Eva) of Cincinnati and Tina Long (Russell) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
