He is survived by: his wife Brandy Dortch Smith of Crab Orchard, Kentucky; his children, David Kaiden Dale Smith of Stanford and Taylor Renee Storm Smith of Stanford; his mother Florence Fletcher Naylor of Stanford; his stepfather Richard Naylor of Stanford; his siblings, Matthew Aaron Smith (Bethany) of Versailles, Logan Tyler Smith (Courtney) of Lawrenceburg, Solomon Lee Smith of Lexington, Jason Dufour (Becky) of Ashtabula, Ohio, Amanda Gonzalez (Arnulfo) of Smithfield and April Dufour of Ashtabula; and his stepsiblings, Michael Naylor (Brittany) and Vanessa Naylor of Hustonville, Kentucky. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
