He was predeceased by: his brother Bobby Wylie, Jr.; and his grandfathers, Dr. Larry Oliver and Ellis Whitis. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Othniel "Eddy" Whitis of Stanford, KY and Diane Oliver Wylie of Madison, FL.; his wife Melissa "Missy" D. Hodgens Whitis of Stanford, KY; his stepfather Robert Wylie of Madison, FL; his daughter Latisha Johnson (Dwayne) of Danville, KY; his grandson Dylan Johnson of Danville, KY; his siblings, Jason Whitis (Julia) of Berea, KY, O'Niel Whitis of Stanford, KY, Dana Whitis of Stanford, KY, Sierra Whitis of Stanford, KY and Jenny Wylie of Harrodsburg, KY; and his grandmothers, Lois Oliver of Stanford, KY and Faye Price of Stanford, KY. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
