He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lewis Folger and Rebecca Steele Folger. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gerkey Folger; his sons, Charles Wesley Folger (Jodi) of Oviedo Florida and William Daniel Folger (Heather) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Noah Wesley Folger, Carter Daniel Folger and Jerika Grace Folger; and his sister Patricia Gayle Burchfield (Billy) of Waynesburg.
