He is survived by: his son Zachary Napier (Courtney) of Crab Orchard; his grandson Jase Napier of Crab Orchard; his father Charles, Sr. Napier; his stepmother Carolyn Napier of Crab Orchard; and his siblings, Tammy Miller (Danny) of Mt. Vernon, Amanda Winkler (Rick) of Richmond, Robert Napier of Mt. Vernon and Dale Greer of Berea. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
