He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Keith and Martha Leona Keith (McCullah); his wife Ruth Ina Keith (Devine); and his siblings, Estes, Erstle, Glenville "BJ", Shirrel Keith and Shelva Jean Brooks.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wayne Keith (Melissa) of Nicholasville and Vickie Lynn Young (Terry) of Lexington; his granddaughter Glenna Nicole Young; his close friend Mary Lou Sowders; his grandchildren, Caleb, Codie, Jordan and Jaylan Sowders; his great grandchild Ollie Napier; his sister Carol Branscum of Whitley City, Kentucky; and also, Jeff Sowders of Stanford, Joey Sowders of Stanford, S. T. Keith (Irene) of Florence and Ralph Keith of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
