He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tillett and Sarah Coontz Tillett; his wife Wanda Jean Moore Tillett; and his siblings, Billy Tillett, Orville "Arkie" Tillett, Loraine Stidham and Gladys Tillett.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Tillett (Amanda) of Geneva, KY, Stacy Caudill (Randy) of Danville, KY and Tonya Todd (Robbie) of Stanford, KY; his brother Tommy Tillett of Stanford, KY; his grandchildren, Leann Hines (Brandon), Erica Miller (Brandon), Jordan Caudill (Trista), Kortney Caudill (Jordan), Caleb Todd (Leah), Cody Tillett (Chelsea), Devin Tillett, Kaitlin Caudill and Jacob Riley Ray Tillett; and his great grandchildren, Jaydon Hines, Branson Miller, Brenna Miller, Danielle Reed and Johnson Ruggow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
