He was predeceased by: his parents, William Young and Beulah Harris Young; his daughter Linda Marie Young; his grandchild Robin Edwards; and his siblings, Joan Young and Billy Young.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Christopher Young (Tonya) of Stanford, Mary Catherine Edwards of Stanford and Candy Lynn Young (Nathan Leese) of Pensacola, Florida; his grandchildren, Ashley West (Justin), Amanda Duncan, Jeremy Edwards, Kayla Dawn Young, Dakota Young, Mariah Young and Gunner Hoffard; and his siblings, Jimmy Lee Young (Patty) of Gravel Switch, Kentucky, Judy Kelly (Larry) of Lake Placid and Kathy Lynn Smith of Stanford. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
