He was predeceased by: his father James Cheek; his daughter Toni Alex Cheek; and his brother Billy Cheek. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hornsby Cheek of Stanford; his son Austin Cheek of Stanford; his adoptive daughter Harley Lee; his siblings, James Cheek, Louis Cheek of Jacksonville, Florida, Mary Warmouth (Edward) of Stanford and Joyce Padgett (William) of Stanford; his nephews, Chris Warmouth (Sarah), Cody Warmouth and Ethan Padgett; and also, Taylor Pennington and Austin Lee.
