He is survived by: his children, Christina Mai Foley, Jasmine Foley, Christi Blackburn and Ryan Crank; his grandchildren, Elena Paige Herman, Zachary Scott Foley, Jayson William Mull, Sophia Grace Mull, Jacob Chase Conley, Jaycee Mae Miller, Jalisa Blackburn, Jasmine Blackburn and Wyatt Blackburn; and his sister Connie Sue Cornett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
