He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Priddy, and Shirley Edith Morgan Priddy, Sr.; and his siblings, David Priddy, Janice Priddy and Barbara "Bobbie" Cundiff.
He is survived by: his wife Susan McKinney Priddy of Stanford; his sons, Jason Priddy (Tiffany) of Columbia and Jonathan Priddy of Stanford; his granddaughter Nevaeh Priddy; and his brother Terry Priddy (Pam) of Jamestown.
