She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulen Hodge and Viola Auter Hodge; her children, Kevin "Smiley" Shackelford, Melissa Adams and Parker Shackelford; her siblings, Allen Hodge, Hazel Mosely, Elizabeth Trosper and Naden Warren; and her grandchildren, Matt Shackelford and Layla Shackelford.
She is survived by: her sons, Donnie "Shack" Shackelford (Angie) of Stanford, Billy Shackelford (Angie) of Moreland, KY and Buster Adams (Teresa) of Highland, KY; her siblings, Billy Hodge, Jerry Hodge, Josephine West, Wilma Harness, June Hodge, Alberta Lawson, Sarah Vangordon and Mary Slone; and her grandchildren, Noah, Waylan, Tara, Shawna, Hannah, Nikki, Dusty, Junior, Harley and Desmarae of Jeremy, A. J.. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
