She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Clayton Spaw of Stanford, George Albert Spaw, Jr., Carl Patterson of Stanford, Tammy Renee Kerns (Keith) of Russell Springs and Melissa Masterson (Todd) of Stanford; and her siblings, Larry Cochran of Casey County, Randall Cochran of Adair County, Linda Montgomery (Bill), Maxine Pitman (David) of Liberty, Janice Robins and Lois Cochran of Liberty. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
