It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ashley Gaceta (Stanford, Kentucky), born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband David Ortiz; her children, Blayke Isaiah Ortiz-Gaceta and Ashtyn David Ortiz-Gaceta; her siblings, Robert Gaceta and Cassandra Gaceta; and her grandparents, Helen Carlyene Adams and Jerry Earl Cummins.
