We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2022, at the age of 90, Anne Nita Rankin of Stanford, Kentucky, born in Waynesburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oris Singleton and Mayme Singleton; her spouse Lindsey Rankin, Jr.; her son James Rankin; her grandsons, Christopher Rankin and Tyler Rankin; and her siblings, Bryn Singleton and Ardith Schwuchow.
She is survived by: her children, Eva Rankin of Stanford, Robert Rankin (Sue) of Winchester and Linda Smith (Alan) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Ryan Swingley, Kristina Perry (John), Lindsey Banks (Daniel), Joseph Rankin (Brenna), Cody Rankin, Cullen Smith and Sydney Smith; her great grandchildren, Owen Perry, Walter Perry, Luke Banks and Rankin Banks; and her siblings, Blaine Singleton (Jo) of Louisville, Jim Singleton (Jean) of Lexington, Dwight Singleton (Betty) of Danville, Joyce Wall of Waynesburg, Evonna McGuffey (Ranny) of Highland and Karen Caudill (Darrell) of South Pittsburg, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
