He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Finnell; and his brothers, George and Charles. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Finnell (Tammy), Gregory Finnell (Debra) and Wallace Finnell (Deborah); his brother Kenneth Finnell (Bernice); and his grandchildren, Amy, Adam, Christopher, Kimberly and Amanda.
