He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Stephens, Jr. and Wilma Joyce Keene Stephens. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald K. Stephens (Kay) of Jacksonville, FL, Cynthia S. Matney (Jeff) of Grundy, VA and Margaret S. Robbins (Brian) of Big Canoe; his nieces, Stephanie Wheawill (Matt) and Meredith Collins (Seth); and his nephew Andrew Robbins. He is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
In accordance with state mandates, facial coverings and social distancing will be required by all in attendance.
