He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Veirs and Alice Veirs (Felker); and his granddaughter Mya Alice Veirs. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Settles and Jason Veirs (Danielle); his grandchildren, Mina Veirs, Jonah Veirs, Heidi Veirs, Theodore Veirs and Madelyn Stettles; his sister Nijel Clayton; his brothers-in-law, Mark Wheeler and Steve Wheeler (Susan); and his nephews, Shawn Wheeler and Josh Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family members; and his dear friends.
