She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Phillips and Onida Christine Phillips; and her nephew Andrew Nichols. She is survived by: her spouse Jonathan Mark Prettyman of Stamping Ground; her brother James Lyons (Tammy) of Berea, Kentucky; her nephews, Benny Biggs of Berea and Scott Biggs (Sara) of Columbus, Indiana; her siblings-in-law, Tony Prettyman (Alethia) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Anetta Nichols (Garlan) of Michigan; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Nichols (Jessie), Jessica Nichols, Garlan Nichols, Jr., Michelle Nichols, Tara Johnson (Jeremiah) and John Nichols. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
