She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Duvall and Delores Duvall; and her husband William Lawrence Breeck (Larry). She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Martin Perry II (Angela) of Versailles and Dale Lee Perry (Ashleigh) of Stamping Ground; her brothers, John Terry Duvall of Georgetown and Rodney Edward Duvall (Carol) of Annville; her nieces and nephews, Nathan Duvall (Sarah) of Lexington, John Edmond Duvall of Richmond, Farrah Kathleen Petter of Louisville and Shannon Elaine Richardson (Chris) of Stamping Ground; her grandsons, Declan Kenneth Scott Perry, Jacob Aaron Monroe Kauble and Kenneth Bradley Kauble; and her great grandchild Isabela Grace Kauble. She is also survived by six great nephews and four great nieces.

Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
