He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bettie Jo Thompson and Addie Mae Cook. He is survived by: his children, Georgia Creech (Jerry) of Georgetown, Harold Tate (Betty) of Owenton and Johnnita Raymer of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Shelly Manning, Jason Wright, Matthew Tate, Khristian Ervin, Johnny Lee Tate and Hanna Bennett; and his sister Wanda Miller of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
