He is survived by: his parent Mary Mudd of Sadieville, Kentucky.; his fiancé Madison Duckworth of Stamping Ground; his daughters, Aurora Maxine Padgett and Alice Padgett; his siblings, Jonathon Padgett, Shane Humphrey, Ashly Kelly (Martin) of Owensboro, Autumn Padgett of Owensboro and Bailey Humphrey of Sadieville; and his grandparents, Floyd and Gloria Mudd of Sadieville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and numerous friends.
