He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Clark (Holly) of Lexington, KY., Anthony Clark of Lexington, KY. and Joseph Clark of Lexington, KY.; the mother of his children Vickie; his grandchildren, Bryan Miller, Brookelynn and Elvie Clark; and his siblings, Fredia (Luke), Tammy Conrad Cynthiana (Terry) and Michael Clark (Mandy) of Stamping Ground, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
