He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim "Eaf" and Grace Clark; and his wife Wanda B. "Lollipop" Clark. He is survived by: his children, Fredia McIntosh (Luke) of Lancaster, Tammy Conrad (Terry) of Cynthiana, Kentucky, Freddie Clark (Vickie) of Stamping Ground and Michael Clark (Mandy) of Stamping Ground; his grandchildren, Luke, Matthew, Adam, TJ, AJ, Joseph, Amber and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Bri, Andrew, AnnaBelle, Emma, CarolLynn, Austin, Elvie, Braelyn, Aria, Brooklynn, Bryan, Christian, Brentlee and Logan. He is also survived by one sister; and several other extended family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be required to wear masks; and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
