She was predeceased by: her husband Billy G. Bishop; her parents, Earl Payne and Nell Rawlings Payne; and her sisters, Jean Smith and Charlotte Payne.

She is survived by: her daughters, Betsy Fredericks (Dave) of Stamping Ground and Jenny Bishop Warfield of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Kennedy Fredericks and Taylor Fredericks.
