He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sparks and Faye Foley; and his sisters, Regena Wiley and Lynn Morton. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Brandenburg of Georgetown, Teresa Smith (Elwood) of Stamping Ground, Ammy May of Cynthiana, Timmy Sparks of Lexington, Tommy Sparks and David Hood; and his close friends, Orville Mason, Brad and Karen Willis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great, great nieces and nephews.
