He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Taylor and Susie Mae Davis Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Judy Tucker Taylor; his children, Stacy Hawkins (Troy), Scott Taylor (Debra) and Jeff Taylor; his sisters, Glenda Johnson (Robert) and Linda Hartmann; his grandchildren, Mollie Stout (Evan), Bailey Dawson (Chandler), Anna Kate Hawkins, Tucker Hawkins, Emma Brown, Alex Brown and Scotlyn Taylor; and his brother-in-law Jerry Tucker (Di). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Gideon's International or Cedar Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
