He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Barron and Ella Mae Parrish Barron; and his daughters, Rosa Lee Grimes-Scott and Naomi Lynn Grimes. He is survived by: his wife Rosa "Rosie" Dailey Barron; and his children, Earl Grimes of Stamping Ground, Carol Grimes Hensley of Stamping Ground and Lesley Grimes Sapp (Chris) of Stamping Ground. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
