She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ray and Janice Louise Tillett Hammond; and her siblings, Linda Wainscott, Jerry Hammond and Sandy Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Sams (Susan), Pinky Sams (April), Kenny Sams (Jennifer) and Josh Wray (Heather); her grandchildren, Justin, Kaytlin, Trey, Shelby, Melody, Harmony, Sophie, Allie, Eli and Jacob; and her sister Vickie Bell (Eddie). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
