She was predeceased by: her father Roy; and her husband Harry Winston Caudill. She is survived by: her children, Keith Winston Caudill of Nippa, Kentucky, Peggy Conley of Stambaugh, Shirley Webb of Lexington and Kathy MacKenzie of Chesterton, Indiana; her sister Gwen Salyers of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Keisha Stevens, Steven Caudill, William Russell Henry and Timothy Winston Henry; and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Scott Henry, Jonathan Tyler Stambaugh, James Elleck Keith Stamper and Beau Murphy Caudill.
