He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur "Toby" Chandler and Cova Lemasters Chandler; and his daughter Ashley Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Crum Chandler; his children, Greg Kenneth Chandler (Michelle) of Spencer, Noel Crum (Stacy) of Stambaugh, Kentucky, Brenda Brown (James) of Fountaintown and Courtney Prokes (Scott) of Brownsburg, Indiana; and his siblings, Richard Chandler (Venice) of Tutor Key, Kentucky, Ann Barker of Vandalia, Esta Campbell of Vandalia and Sue Hyatt of Ohio. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
