He is survived by: his stepfather Kenneth Sparks; his wife Betty Ann Caldwell Meade of Stambaugh, KY; his children, Wendell Meade (Debbie) of Stambaugh, KY and Melissa Ann Childers (Richard) of Stambaugh, KY; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Devin, Trenton, Trey and Ashlay; his great grandchild Kendyl; and his cousin Nancy LeMasters.
