She was predeceased by: her parents, Brooks Pelphrey and Swannie Lemaster Pelphrey; her mother-in-law K. C. Caudill (Hazel VanHoose Caudill); her siblings, Kenny Pelphrey, Bob Pelphrey, William K. Pelphrey, James H. Pelphrey, June Stapleton and Freda Wooten; and her sister-in-law Willadean Caudill.
She is survived by: her husband Reverend James Kelly Caudill; her sons, Jimmy Caudill (Laura) of Stambaugh and Billy Caudill (Kathryn Parrish) of Nippa, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kellee Bevins (Joseph) of Louisa, Allison Caudill of Nippa, Kentucky and Brett Caudill (Macy Conley) of Nippa, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, James David Bevins of Louisa, Kentucky, Kathryn Bevins of Louisa, Kentucky and Emma Bevins of Louisa, Kentucky; her brother John G. Pelphrey (Carol) of Stambaugh, Kentucky; her siblings-in-law, Morris Caudill, Leroy Caudill (Geneva), Lois Osborne, Lexie Pelphrey, Phyllis Pelphrey and Bonnie Pelphrey; and her caregiver Debbie A. Burchett.
