She is survived by: her children, Wendell Ray Meade (Debbie) of Stambaugh, KY and Melissa Ann Childers (Richard) of Stambaugh, KY; her siblings, Billy Caldwell of South Bloomfield, Bobby Caldwell of Stambaugh, KY, Barbara Dale of Sitka, KY and Shirlene Clark of Melbourne, FL; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Devin, Trenton, Trey and Ashley; and her great grandchild Kendyl.
