He was predeceased by: his parents, James Z. Frazier and Addie Tackett Frazier; his daughter Amanda Jill Frazier; and his brothers, James H. Frazier, William J. Frazier and Samuel F. Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Fraley Frazier; and his brother Beecher Frazier (Judy) of Staffordsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
