She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fraley and Vivian Ruth Phelps Fraley; and her brothers, Paul Ray Fraley and Larry Ousley. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Delong, Gregory Delong, Carla Campbell of Springfield and Heather Burke of Staffordsville, Kentucky; and her brother Delmar Fraley of Tampa, Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Highland Memorial Park (551 Kentucky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY 41256).
