He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Arms and Hester Belle Blair Arms; and his brothers, Michael Raymond Arms and Keith Marcus Arms. He is survived by: his son Christopher Dee Arms of Leander, Kentucky; his stepson James Blanton of Leander, Kentucky; and his sisters, Sharon Lee Bellar (Kenny) of Staffordsville and Sandra Lynn May of Thelma, Kentucky. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, two nephews, and four nieces.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Highland Memorial Park (551 Kentucky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY 41256).
