He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Arms and Hester Belle Blair Arms; and his brothers, Michael Raymond Arms and Keith Marcus Arms. He is survived by: his wife Lori Loschert Arms; his son Christopher Dee Arms of Leander, Kentucky; his stepson James Blanton of Leander, Kentucky; and his sisters, Sharon Lee Bellar (Kenny) of Staffordsville and Sandra Lynn May of Thelma, Kentucky. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, two nephews, and four nieces.
