She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Meek and Mollie Delong Meek; her son Matthew Wayne Blevins; her son-in-law Joseph Hall (Joe); and her siblings, Albridge Meek, Walter Meek, Homer Meek, Donis Meek, Harry Meek, Arnold Meek, Paul Meek, Fay Edward Meek, Jack Meek and Eunice Bryant.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Roger Blevins; her children, Dirk Foster Blevins (Beth) of Russell Springs and Andrea "Andi" Darlene Hall of Staffordsville; her sister Darlene Clark (Darrell) of West Alexandria, Ohio; her grandchildren, Molli Benge (Dustin), Dionna Collins (Joshua), Jonathan Hall (Brogan), Brooke Breeding (Morgan), Amber Humble (Chris), Dakota Blevins, Daylon Blevins and Tara Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Purvis, Bella Purvis, Iylana Purvis, Addie Hall, Jonah Hall, Kathryn Collins, Sally Hall, Adrianna Humble, Kaylee Humble, Raelynn Humble, Micah Loy, Taylor Loy and Ella Breeding.
