He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Ray and Thelma DIals Parsons; and his brother Ricky Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Neil Parsons (Mandy) of Bluffton, SC, Phillip Cody Parsons of Staffordsville, KY, Zachary Ryan Parsons (Faith) of Morehead, KY and Katrina Davis (Tony) of Walton, KY; his brother Michael Parsons (Gladys) of Pilgrim, KY.; and his grandchildren, Blake Parsons, Lexie McIntosh, Austin McIntosh, Jadalyn Colemire, Kaylee Colemire, Byron Davis, Jozie Hill and Graham Ryan Parsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donation be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost.
