She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Ward and Dora Spradlin Ward; and her brothers, Robert Ward, James Ward, Clyde Ward, Isaac Ward and Norman Ward.
She is survived by: her husband Herman Ray Ratliff; her sons, Johnny Ray Ratliff (Charlee) of Staffordsville and Tommy Michael Ratliff of Louisa, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Misty Jade Fowler, Earic Freedlish (Shanda), Jimmy VanHoose, Destiny Magdaline Cyrus and Ashley Crothers; and her great grandchildren, Nikoli Freedlish, Elizha Freedlish, Leukos Freedlish, Austin Robert Morris, Wyatt Alan Morris and Jordon Crothers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Resurgence Outreach Church (236 2nd St, Paintsville, KY 41240). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Highland Memorial Park (551 Kentucky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY 41256).
