She is survived by: her children, Keithen McKenzie (Cindy) of Wittensville, Kentucky and Marsha McKenzie of Staffordsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Sarah Salyer (Michael) of Flat Gap and Johnathon Douglas McKenzie of Paintsville, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Laiken, Taylor and Mason.
