She is survived by: her husband Michael Leon Meadows; her children, Michael Todd Meadows (Melissa) of Staffordsville, KY, Matthew Shawn Meadows (Robin) of Staffordsville, KY and Monica Carol Daniel (Rick) of Staffordsville, KY; her siblings-in-law, Tim and Kathy Meadows of Wittensville, KY; her grandchildren, Kealy Richelle Coleman (Jacob), Bailey Brooke Taylor (Brady), Macy Carol Daniel (Tate Cantrell), Dylan Michael Meadows and Jordan Alexandra Meadows; her great grandchild Brooks Allen Taylor; and her nieces, Laura Cook (Charles) of Cookville, TN and Leslie Judkins (James) of Colquit, GA.. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
